rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u54c8\u4f5b\u56fd\u9645\u8bc4\u8bba\u300b<\/a>\u671f\u520a\u4e3e\u529e\uff0c\u4e3a\u9f13\u52b1\u9752\u5e74\u5b66\u751f\u4ece\u4e2d\u5b66\u65f6\u4ee3\u5f00\u59cb\u5173\u6ce8\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u56fd\u9645\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u7531\u671f\u520a\u7f16\u8f91\u3001\u54c8\u4f5b\u5b66\u8005\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u8bc4\u59d4\u4f1a\u8bc4\u5ba1\u3002\u8be5\u6742\u5fd7\u7684\u7279\u7ea6\u8bc4\u8bba\u5458\u5305\u62ec43\u4f4d\u603b\u7edf\u548c\u603b\u7406\u30014\u4f4d\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u30014\u4f4d\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5c14\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u5956\u83b7\u5f97\u8005\u548c7\u4f4d\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5c14\u548c\u5e73\u5956\u83b7\u5f97\u8005\u3002<\/p><p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e3a<strong>2024\u5e74HIR\u54c8\u4f5b\u56fd\u9645\u8bc4\u8bba\u7ade\u8d5b\u5b98\u65b9\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u53c2\u8d5b\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong>\uff0c\u4f9b\u5927\u5bb6\u53c2\u8003\uff1a<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u53c2\u8d5b\u8005\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u7bc7\u5173\u4e8e\u56fd\u9645\u4e8b\u52a1\u4e3b\u9898\u7684\u77ed\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u3002\u6240\u6709\u6587\u7ae0\u5747\u7531\u54c8\u4f5b\u56fd\u9645\u8bc4\u59d4\u9605\u8bfb\u548c\u8bc4\u5206\u3002<\/p><p>\u8fdb\u5165\u51b3\u8d5b\u7684\u9009\u624b\u5c06\u88ab\u9080\u8bf7\u53c2\u52a0HIR\u54c8\u4f5b\u56fd\u9645\u8bc4\u8bba\u7ade\u8d5b\u7f51\u4e0a\u7b54\u8fa9\u3002\u5728\u51b3\u8d5b\u5f53\u65e5\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u5c06\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u5411\u54c8\u4f5b\u56fd\u9645\u8bc4\u8bba\u8bc4\u59d4\u7ed9\u51fa15\u5206\u949f\u7684\u6f14\u8bb2\u548c\u7b54\u8fa9\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"list-paddingleft-1\"><li><p><strong>\u4e3b\u9898A\uff1aVUCA \u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u73b0\u8c61 <\/strong>Inequalities in a VUCA World<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>\u4e3b\u9898B\uff1a\u5168\u7403\u6311\u6218\u4e0e\u96c6\u4f53\u884c\u52a8 <\/strong>Global Challenges and Collective Actions<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e3a\u6bd4\u8d5b\u4e3b\u9898\u7684\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u6b22\u8fce\u67e5\u9605\uff1a<\/span><\/p><p><strong>\u4e3b\u9898A\uff1aVUCA \u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u73b0\u8c61 <\/strong><strong>Inequalities in a VUCA World<\/strong><\/p><p>\u6211\u4eec\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u662f\u7531\u4e00\u4e2a\u7f29\u5199\u8bcd &#8220;VUCA&#8221;&#8211;\u6ce2\u52a8\u6027\u3001\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u3001\u590d\u6742\u6027\u548c\u6a21\u7cca\u6027&#8211;\u6240\u5851\u9020\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u73b0\u8c61\uff0c\u5e76\u4f7f\u4e4b\u6210\u4e3a\u5176\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u519b\u4e8b\u529b\u91cf\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u8d22\u5bcc\u3001\u8d44\u672c\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u3002<\/p><p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u6301\u7eed\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u9636\u5c42\uff0c\u5212\u5206\u4e86\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u533a\uff08\u5357\u5317\u5206\u6b67\uff09\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u6216\u67d0\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u57ce\u5e02\/\u57ce\u9547\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u6839\u636e\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u7edf\u8ba1\u5b66\u7279\u5f81\u5bf9\u4eba\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u5212\u5206\uff1a\u6027\u522b\u3001\u79cd\u65cf\u3001\u6c11\u65cf\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9636\u5c42\u3001\u79cd\u59d3\u3001\u6027\u53d6\u5411\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u4e3b\u9898B\uff1a\u5168\u7403\u6311\u6218\u4e0e\u96c6\u4f53\u884c\u52a8 <\/strong><strong>Global Challenges and Collective Actions<\/strong><\/p><p>\u65b0\u95fb\u70ed\u70b9\u4e3b\u8981\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u519b\u4e8b\u51b2\u7a81\uff0c\u5982\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u548c\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\/\u5df4\u52d2\u65af\u5766\u7684\u51b2\u7a81\u3002<\/p><p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c&#8221;\u5168\u7403\u6311\u6218 &#8220;\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u8fdc\u8fdc\u8d85\u51fa\u4e86\u6218\u4e89\uff0c\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u9053\u4e3b\u4e49\u5371\u673a\uff1a\u6b67\u89c6\u3001\u9965\u8352\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u707e\u5bb3\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u4e0e\u6c14\u5019\u6709\u5173\u7684\u6d41\u79bb\u5931\u6240\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p>\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e7f\u6cdb\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u96c6\u4f53\u884c\u52a8\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u56fd\u8054\u76df\uff08\u5982\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u513f\u7ae5\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\uff09\uff0c\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u57fa\u5c42\u6d3b\u52a8\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u793e\u4f1a\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u5e74\u7ea7\uff09\u63d0\u4ea4\u4f5c\u54c1\u3002\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u5e94\u4f7f\u7528\u82f1\u8bed\u548c\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u7f8e\u5f0f\u62fc\u5199\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
