1. 竞赛形式

参与者需要选择下列问题中的1题，提交一篇论文回答，以下为2025年比赛题目：

1. Donald Trump recently said “interest rates should be at least two to three points lower.” Should the monetary policy mandate be given to the government? 唐纳德·特朗普最近表示：“利率应至少降低两个到三个百分点。”货币政策的制定权是否应由政府掌控？

3. 奖项设置

入选的获奖文章将在马歇尔学会的年度出版物The Dismal Scientist中发表。
