Building A Photography Portfolio

This is a group class where students will receive tailored feedback and coaching to each specific needs that will be identified on the 1st and 2nd class. This course is open to more advanced students or students who want to work independently and are committed to developing a focused body of work with the support of a teacher. An artist's statement, and a portfolio suitable for presentation purposes can be develop if needed by the student.

Class Introduction

Equipment: Students enrolled in the class will need:
  • A MacBook with Photoshop
  • A digital camera with its memory card and a card reader
  • Access to Google drive

Feedback

Students and their parents will receive brief feedback after each class regarding the student’s general participation in class. Students will also receive feedback on graded assignments via email.
